INGREDIENTS:

1 quart Kwality malai pista Kulfi ice cream, softened |
1-1/3 cups broken Pista Biscuit pieces (about 21 pieces) |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
 |

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/3 cup lemonade concentrate |
2-1/4 cups chopped carrots |
PREPARATION:
In a small bowl, combine pista biscuit pieces and powdered sugar; stir in butter to make a smooth crust. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pan. Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place lemonade concentrate, carrots and powdered sugar in a food processor / blender and process until carrots are finely chopped and mixture is blended. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Stir in Kwality malai pista Kulfi ice cream with the carrot mixture, until well-blended. Now pour the contents into the refrigerated crust bowl and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Kwality strawberry ice-cream |
1/2 cup Kwality Vanilla ice-cream |
2 cups Milk |
 |

2 cups whipping cream |
2 Eggs -- beaten |
1 1/4 cup Sugar |
 |
 |

1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg |
Pinch of Salt, to taste. |

PREPARATION:
In saucepan, combine milk, cream, eggs, and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens like custard, and slightly coats the back of a spoon. Cool to room temperature.
Now, whip Strawberry and vanilla ice-creams. Mix whipped ice-cream, cooled custard, salt, nutmeg and pour into an ice-cream container. Freeze for 3-4 hours, before serving.

200 ml Kwality Butterscotch ice-cream |
2 tbsp sugar |
200ml heavy cream |

2 tbsp maccha green tea powder |
100ml hot water |

PREPARATION:
Mix Kwality Butterscotch ice-cream, heavy cream and sugar in the pan and stir it constantly, until the mixture gets smooth and frothy. Now mix hot water and green tea powder together. Pour all the mixture into an ice cream maker and allow it to freeze for 8-10 hours before serving it.
Wow! What a refreshing taste!

1 cup of Kwality Almond Caramel Crunch Ice-Cream |
4oz Icing Sugar |
½ cup mini Chocolate chips |
 |

50g Toffee |

PREPARATION:
Mix Kwality Almond Caramel Crunch ice-cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Put mini chocolate chips and toffee in a pan on low heat and heat the mixture constantly, until it melts. Now stir chocolate and toffee liquid with the ice cream mixture until it becomes thick and creamy. Transfer the mixture into the bowl and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Serve chilled as a chocolaty surprise!

PREPARATION:
Whisk Kwality strawberry ripple ice-cream, icing sugar and cream until soft peaks form. Stir in crushed almond nuts, and Kit-Kats. Freeze for 3 - 4 hours.
